In 2016, we assisted the company STIPE to have access to finance to implement its development strategy. We helped the company to improve its investment proposal, its Business Plan and estimate its investment need. We also assisted the Management during his negotiations of the investment contract. We helped STIPE to raise 1,6 Million Dinars from the Tunisian American Entreprise Fund – TAEF (Equity and Quasi- Equity) After the first fundraising, we continued to assist STIPE, for 2 years, during the implementation of its development strategy and the best practices of management. Our technical assistance provided during these 2 years aimed to prepare STIPE for a second fundraising that was achieved in 2018. The amount of the second fundraising was 1,2 Million Dinars (follow-on loan).
